I got nothing. I was trying to nap just a bit ago but wasn’t having any luck. I'm quite sleepy but my mind kept racing along and I couldn’t drop off. It’s probably for the best though. In case you haven’t noticed, I can be a bit flighty. I get a new idea in my head and I'm all excited about it for a little while. First it was Mr. Wiggly, then George, then Barbecue Bob, and now it is the shop in Boyd. Well, those timelines are probably all mixed up, and not really even timelines now that I think about it. Hey, I said I didn’t have anything today, let me rant. Anyhoo, I've been thinking about the shop and apartment. We, Gregg and I, were talking about 5,000 square feet of building. He got a call from his builder and it looks like $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 for a fully insulated building, slab to shingles. I think the low number is before HVAC and the high is after with the apartment. That’s a whole lot better than the $110,000.00 I was quoted for the two-story monstrosity I had originally planned on. I got called away mid-thought there and now it is several hours later. I'm so lost about what I wanted to say that I think I'm just going to shut it down for a while. I'm back but I've still got nothing. Oh, I see where I was going. The two-story place was 4,800 square feet with a 1,800 square foot apartment over 1,800 square feet of the shop. This new place, while 200 square feet bigger, will lose some of its shop space due to the fact that the apartment is eating into it. Yeah, like I really need 5,000 square feet of shop! I'd just fill it with more crap. No, I need to set aside areas or others to rent from me! Mu-wa-ha-ha-ha! If John, Pat, and Gregg were to each rent a bay, it might make a dent in the monthly mortgage payment. I think I'll have enough room. Holy crap! It is 1530 already! I think I'm going to call it a shorty today and talk to y’all tomorrow.
