I'm not going to go off the deep end! I'm not going to go off the deep end! I'm not going to go off the deep end! I'm not going to go off the deep end! I am resisting with all my might buying a cold air kit for Fifi. I'm not 100% sure why though. I've found one on e-Bay for $39.00 that looks to be pretty good. It doesn’t have the “cross linked polymer strand technology” (or plastic to you and me) tube of the K&N FIPK, but it also costs $200.00 less. I haven’t noticed any ill effects of the aluminum tube in Matilda so I may go for it after all. I did buy a set of lowering shackles for the rear. They claim to drop the rear two (or was it three?) inches. We’ll see I guess. I hope it drops the rear enough that I “need” to take a coil out of the front springs as well to make it level again. For some reason I'd rather lower the truck than put on running boards. Kooky. What I really need to resist is going to Steve/John’s and having a Flowmaster semi-dual zorst built. Oh, I'm going to do it, don’t worry. I just need to resist it for a little while. Aw, who am I kidding? I'll probably go do that in the morning if John and I aren’t going to the shop. I really need to get the windows tinted in the morning. That is most likely what I'll wind up doing. Of course I'll probably go see Steve/John right after that. Damn it! I'm going off the deep end! Ok, so if I limit myself to lowering, window tint, intake, and zorst, is it really the deep end? Oh, it also needs a stereo upgrade so I can use the MP3 player. Juan could argue that the window tint is a necessity in
