John and I went to see “The Simpsons Movie” last night. Well, that’s about all I've got to say about that. Talk to y'all tomorrow, maybe. Oh wait. The lowering shackles for Fifi arrived Tuesday. They don’t look too tough to install. I'd like to get that done this weekend. I'd also like to install that cold air kit as well. We’ll see if I can get around to those on Saturday. Gregg wants to go get those RX-7s on Saturday so we’ll just have to wait and see if I'm going to have time. Speaking of picking up more dead crap when I am totally out of space at the shop, I went ahead and rented the spot between the shop and the houseboat. So, I'm now back up to the same amount of space as before but I'm paying $40.00 a month more for it. Woo hoo. I may have to start charging rent for folks to park outside. I don’t know. We’ll see. I've been working on the “blueprints” for the Victorian house I'd like to build next to the shop in Boyd. Yeah, the thing is up to about 9,000 square feet, three stories, four bedrooms, and 3.5 baths, all for me and a cat. It sure would be a cool party house though! Too bad I: 1) hate people and don’t throw parties, and B) could never afford to build this monstrosity. Oh well, playing with the drawings wastes time and makes the days go by quicker. Speaking of going quicker, I've been reading some magazine articles about Lotus Sevens. I think I need to get mine out this weekend for a hoon. Perhaps I'll do that on Sunday if I'm not installing the shackles and cold air kit on Fifi. We’ll just have to see when Gregg wants to go look at/get those RX-7s. I'm kind of hoping they are total crap so Gregg won’t get sidetracked from his Seven project. [ Yeah, like that would stop him from buying them... - SM ] Who knows? Well, I think I've said just about all I have to say today. Have a day.
