I need to go shove an AT&T air card up someone's ass. Sideways. Last month sometime, I decided to stop using the air card to see if the phone bill would be more reasonable. Oh yeah, it is. Well this morning the auction of Gregg’s Mustang ended at around 0900 h our time. I decided to give the air card one last usage to finalize the transaction immediately should someone win it. Unfortunately I logged on to e-Bay about half an hour too soon. Rather than waste half an hour of air time waiting for the auction to end, I shut the connection down and did something else for a while. Well, when the time came to log back in, the air card started locking up or whatever it always does. After a reboot and several attempts at connecting, I ripped it out and deleted the “AT&T Communications Manager” software from my laptop. So, I have no idea if the auction was won and if so for how much. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see what happened. At this point I really don’t think I could care any less. Oh, it might get me a bad feedback if this deal goes south but hopefully I can ‘splain myself in any future dealings with the e-Bay community. Of course it is beginning to look like e-Bay has had its day. I'm not going to get involved with Craig’s List though. Once e-Bay dies I'll be through with online auctions. In fact, there ain’t much left to keep me online. Now that I can’t access the internot at work I don’t waste nearly as much time online. Then again, since I'm taking the laptop home every night I probably do waste just as much time online, I just do it at home now. Not that it helps my work productivity any. Oh well, what are you going to do? Feh, this isn't doing it for me. I've got nothing to say. Ok, that’s not entirely true. But I'm not going to say what I would like to say. It is way too inflammatory. It would get me put on a watch list for sure. Of course mentioning a watch list probably got me on a watch list. Like I care. Well, I'm bored with this. Maybe I'll come back after lunch. I'm back but only to say I'm not coming back today. Talk to y'all tomorrow.
