Remember about, oh, exactly a year ago when I tried to cancel that AT&T air card? Well, turns out I've been paying $60.00 a month for the last year for that thing. Yeah, I'm not too happy. Fortunately AT&T is going to credit me for the year’s worth of payments. I'm still annoyed that a plan which is supposed to be $70.00 or something always comes out to be $250.00 every month. Something has to be done about it because I'm tired of having a good job and still living paycheck to paycheck. I got paid yesterday and I'm already broke. Selling Shichi or Ms. Clio and getting out of debt is looking better and better. Oh, speaking of Ms. Clio, she’s growing mushrooms under the floor mat! And that is not hyperbole, I pulled an actual friggin’ mushroom out of the carpet from under the floor mat. Apparently the door or window seal on the driver’s side isn't and it is allowing the floor to get moist. I began to notice what looked like dirt accumulating in the sill between the seat and door. Then I saw something that looked like rust on the plastic cover for the seat bolt. Finally, yesterday morning there was a friggin’ mushroom poking its little head out from under the mat. I'm not terribly pleased about it. MUSHROOMS! I'm probably being poisoned by the spores too. Oh well, something’s going to kill me someday. When it does, put a match to me and sprinkle the ashes on FM5 and/or the Tail of the Dragon. Hmm, now that I think about it, there are several places where I'd like to have “a wee bit o’ me ashes” left. Perhaps I'll make a list elsewhere in the laptop. Y'all might get to see them someday. We’ll see. Well, it looks as though I'm going to go to the swap meet with Pat and Tony in the morning. I'm not really looking for anything specific, but I'll know it if I find it. I'll probably go to the gun show on Sunday. Then again, I did get a call from the landlord asking that I clear a path from the door to the circuit breaker box in the shop before next week. I guess I'll do that on Sunday, unless the swap meet is a washout, in which case I'll do it tomorrow. Hell, I might go tomorrow and knock it out anyway. We’ll see. Well, I'm not really into this today. I think I'm going to shut down and do something else. I'll talk to y'all again Monday.
