16,018 nights without CPAP, still not dead. I just had lunch with Pat. Nothing exciting there, I know. But at least it is better than saying, “I got nothin’, suck it.” John texted me asking if I knew anyone interested in the Pimp Gun. I said I'd shop it around. Of course I'd like to get it back but I don't have the $350.00 he’s asking. In case y'all have forgotten, the Pimp Gun is a polished stainless steel and aluminum Taurus PT92, which is a clone of a Beretta 92 of course. I wonder how it would carry in the holster I bought for Pixie. No, as cool as the Pimp Gun is, I don't need it nor can I afford it. I need to curtail my gun spending a little as it seems to be making me broke all the time. I did manage to skip the gun show this last weekend but there is another one coming up in a few weeks. I'll probably wind up going to that. I'm not sure why though, they just frustrate me. I'll either not find anything I want and be annoyed at wasting $8.00 and a day, or find something and not be able to afford it. It is a conundrum. Oh well. So I asked John how it looked for us going to the shop tonight and he gave the odds at 50 to 60% probable. I'll need to swing by the house and pick up Lil' Wiggly before heading down anyway so I won't hang out at work waiting to hear back from him. I may hang out at the house waiting to hear from him, but then again, I might just go down to the shop on my own. I want to install a BNSF license plate ring on the car and maybe give it a little bath. Oh, I just remembered the seat bracket thingy I wanted to look at re-re-triangulating. I probably won't do it, but there is that option. Hmm, the more I think about it, the more I think I might just go ahead and make a new bracket tonight. I wonder if I have any more conduit. I have plenty of 3/4” square tubing I could use. I suppose I could make the ends out of that flat stock instead of mashing the tube flat. I don't know, we’ll see. Well, I can't seem to get any more blood from this turnip. I guess I'm going to call it a rant.
