Happy Birthday Mom. Man, it has been a crazy busy day today. It is 1410 h and I'm just now sitting down to chat with y'all. OK, so I mentioned John paying the vampires rather than buying me the i-Phone on Saturday, right? Well, I'm not sure I'm going to go through with getting one. No, I think I'm going to stay a Dingleberry man. Of course it will mean a more expensive buy in, but I would be able to look myself in the mirror in the morning. Anyhoo, that’s about all I have to say about that for now. So, Sunday I decided to go for a hoon in Lil' Wiggly. Fortunately we didn't get any snow at my house, or if we did it all melted before I got up. I jump started the Wigglemeister and parked Ms. Clio on the street, out of the way. I really dig Lil' Wiggly. I hooned down towards the shop because I wanted to fill the tank and check on The Seven's water situation. With a full tank of gas I went to the shop. Sure enough, the radiator was down below the fins. “Huzzah!” I thought to myself, “The head was full of air.” I dumped in probably 16 to 20 ounces of coolant, by the way John did mix us up a pair of 50/50 coolant/water jugs on Saturday. I went ahead and left the car nose-high just in case it wants more. I stood around and looked at stuff for a bit and decided it was too cold for that. I hopped back in Lil' Wiggly and took off. I hooned for an hour or two and then went home. Have I mentioned I really like Lil' Wiggly? Oh right, I see it up there. Now, I'm going to say something I haven’t said in a while, not since the epiphany that I like momentum cars over brute force cars, but Lil' Wiggly needs just a bit more power. Not a ton of power, just a bit. I'm thinking a bump from the 80 ponies it has now to something like the 100 an L-series would put out. Something to make a “loss” to a mullet-wearing Camaro driver closer while still having the ability to say, “Well, I'd hope your 400 horsepower V8 can take a 100 horsepower four banger. Still impressed with yourself?” Oh, speaking of being impressed, while hooning on FM5, a Jeep Cherokee, or whatever they are calling their utility truck soccer mom thing now, got in behind me, and stayed with me, for the most part. I still gained some ground in the turns of course, but he wasn't too far back. I kept to the right and went the speed limit on the straights just in case he wanted to power by me but he never did. I think he was just having a good time trying to keep up. He didn't do too bad at it. He wound up turning into a neighborhood so I assume he’s a resident and drives the road often as well. OK, well I guess I'm done with y'all for today. I'll try to think of something to say tomorrow. Toodles.
