Well, as for selling The Seven, mom is not a fan of the plan. I can't say I am either, but it does make sense. Doesn't it? I mean, it would get me out of debt, totally. Larry thinks selling Ms. Clio make more sense since I could “live without” it easier than I could The Seven. He’s probably right too. If I had that “extra” $375.00 a month, not to mention the insurance savings by dropping that full coverage car, I could pay off the other debts quicker. Hmm, maybe Ms. Clio is the way to go. I asked John what he thought my chances were of getting payoff from Car Max. He confirmed my suspicion that they wouldn't want my car, it’s too heavily modified, and therefore wouldn't offer me anything for it. I guess I ort to e-Bay it instead. I suppose I could hit Pat up again and see where his head is at with regards to that car. I'm sure they are probably out on the deal though. I just sent him an e-mail, we’ll see where that gets me. You may notice that I'm not giving a play by play of the weekend. That’s because we didn't really do anything. Saturday morning John and I went to the swamp meet at LaGrange. It rained a little. Afterwards we had lunch at Mexican Inn where we discussed cars, as we are wont to do. I went ahead and reneged on the offer to sell him Nadine since he knows what I paid for it, or more importantly what I “have in it” now, and therefore wouldn't be willing to pay what I'd need to get for it. Hopefully “forward progress” will inspire me to finish it. After lunch we went our separate ways. Sunday, I wasted doing pretty much nothing. I thought about taking The Seven out but it would have meant moving both Ms. Clio and Lil' Wiggly. Ms. Clio is no big deal but the thought of pushing Lil' Wiggly back up the driveway was too much for me. Besides, The Seven's license is expired. I guess I ort to renew that. I'll do it when I renew Lil' Wiggly's which expires on Halloween. Of course if I was to gamble, I could wait another two months and renew all the cars at once in January. See, Ms. Clio and Fifi expire in December. That would be one spendy trip to the courthouse. Oh well, you gotta do what you gotta do. And on that note, I think I'll call it a day.
