I'd wish my mom a happy birthday, but she doesn't read this so there isn't a point. My sister and I are taking her to Bonnell’s for dinner tonight. That ort to be a spendy proposition. Speaking of being spendy, I did go talk to Nitro yesterday. As soon as I walked into his building, I revised my whole plan for the shop. Instead of trying to make the whole apartment fit in a 20’x20’ square, we’ll do two levels of 20’x20’ each and have a really livable space. I've re-drawn the plans to reflect this. Also, while he was sure he could get the 60’x80’ building built for around $100,000.00, narrowing it down to 40’ wide would really cut costs. So, instead of 60’x80’, I'm thinking now about 40’x110’ instead. I'll lose a couple bays, but I think it will still suffice. I'm not sure when I'll get the new “plans” to Nitro for his perusal though. Of course my plans are just a jumping-off point, he’ll probably build to his plans. Whatever, I'm easy. As long as I have the shop space I'm looking for and an apartment of some sort, I think I'll be happy. Anyhoo, after talking at his place for a bit, we headed up to the farm to have a look around. We picked out a really nice spot which shouldn't need too much ground preparation. It is already flat and level and doesn't have too many trees to move. It ort to work out really well. Also, it won't be any great shakes to connect to the road leading into the place. What will suck is that said road is gravel. I'm going to have to finger out an air filter system of some sort for each and every car now. Oh well, what are you going to do? Well, I'm pretty much out of stuff to say today so I'm going to quit trying. I'll see if I can come up with something tomorrow
