I did not stop at any car dealers on the way home. I'm going to give the Black Death the rest of the week to air out. If it still stinks come Saturday, well, I may be going car shopping. Right now, the top of the list is probably the Yaris. The Fiat is cute and all, but I'm not sure I'm ready to... aw hell, yeah I am. I'm ready to be an early adopter of an unknown. I guess I'll look into the Fiat a little more. I'd like to know if the wheels on the Black Death will fit it. I know they will fit the Yaris. John says the wheels might fit the Fiat but not the tires. If that is the case, and I decide on a Fiat, the wheels would go with the Black Death. Unless John makes me an offer on them, I guess. Then again, I suppose I could put the Gram Lites from Nadine on the Black Death for selling porpoises. John, thoughts? Feh, I'm not waiting for him to answer here, I'll send him a text right quick. I doubt his wife would want to give up the 15” stock alloys for the trade/sale, but Juan never knows. His answer was about what I expected, “Stock alloys are the only choice for trade in.” I agree, of course. Feh, I'm getting way ahead of myself here. I'm not even sure this is going to happen. In fact, it probably won't happen. So, having said that, I think I'm going to stop talking about it and move back to guns. I checked on the progress of my parts and stuff. I should be receiving at least one package today, the trigger group and bolt on guard for my 12 gauge. The parts for Larry’s gun will probably arrive tomorrow along with my butt stock and some other things I ordered from a different site. Speaking of butt stocks, I've been debating whether or not to order another collapsible butt stock since I already have a TAPCO stock on hand. It looked to me like I should be able to remove the butt from the tube and transfer it to another tube. Well, I messed with it last night and fingered out how to do just that! So now I'm going to have three different configuration possibilities for my shotgun. I can leave it as a butt-less “Riot Gun.” I can bolt on the “Skeleton” stock. Or I can screw in an AR-15 style buffer tube and run the collapsible TAPCO stock. I know I like the look of the TAPCO, so that is probably how it will wind up most of the time. But options are nice. I'm sure, at some point, I'm going to buy the folding adapter for the “Skeleton” stock, but not just yet. For that matter, now that I think about it, the folder would work with the TAPCO as well. Hmm, I guess I'll be placing another order soon. Oh, I was thinking about that missing order from New Jersey as well. If it ever arrives, I’ll have a rail mountable pistol grip. How nice would that be? I'll probably plop it on the fore end of the 12 gauge in lieu of the angle grip thingy I have on there now. Of course I'll try it on the 7.62x39 as well. I might like it better on there. We'll see. Oh man, I came in to work at 0700 h this morning. It is now 0930 h but it feels like it otter be lunch time. Speaking of lunch, the cafeteria is having Chicken Tikka Masala, one of my favorite dishes they serve! Yum. Of course, last time they had it, my usual server wasn't at the service line when I showed up and I didn't get my usual “Extra Sauce” on the rice. It was still good, but not as good as usual. I'll make sure to wait for Jackie to be there when I order. Well, it appears as though I've strayed into trite and saccharine matters. So I'm going to shut up now.
