I got home later than usual on Monday. By doing so, I didn’t send the rant immediately to Spiderman. I sent it to him after 2100 h and he didn’t see it until Tuesday [ 22:18 I believe. - SM ]. Therefore I didn’t have a chance to review what I'd written before charging headlong into yesterday’s rant. I didn’t realize I made suicide allusions at the end of both days. I thought it sounded familiar yesterday, but… whatever. Oh, I also realized I left off the main reason why I was calling the two faced bitch from facilities the two faced bitch from facilities. When I had moved heaven and earth to get a programmer out here at the last minute for the Bored Room, because that was when SHE had the damned thing scheduled, she informs me, “Here’s the name and number of the drape people’s programmer. You can work with him over the phone.” NO GODDAMN IT! THAT WAS NOT WHAT I SAID WE WERE GOING TO DO! I wanted both of those mother fuckers in the mother fucking room at the same mother fucking time to work it the mother fuck out. She is actually lucky that the unit itself proved to be faulty or I might have pitched a shit fit. Now, when it comes time to install the goddamned thing, they better mother fucking have that mother fucker here or I'm going to tell them the drape guy better not touch our programming or facilities will be paying for all repairs in the future. I know I don’t have any pull to make that claim but this “he said, she said” bullshit is going to end. And now my blood pressure is up again. I'm going to calm myself now by talking about other stuff. The brake hardware for Lil' Wiggly arrived yesterday. I guess we’ll install all of that on Saturday. Once the hydraulics are up to snuff, or hopefully concurrent with them becoming so, we’ll hook up the gauges and stuff in the dash and be ready to fire up and drive that car again. I'm looking forward to having it back on the road. It has been too long. So, what else is there to talk about? Oh, I got a text from John asking if I had any “Shatner ‘music’.” I did not but told him I was off to i-Tunes right away. I bought “Spaced Out; the Best of Leonard Nemoy and William Shatner” and “William Shatner; Seeking Major Tom.” Wow. They are… wow. I listened to Leonard Nemoy “sing” “The Ballad of Bilbo Baggins” last night and Shatner’s version of “Bohemian Rhapsody” this morning. They were… wow. I cannot even begin to describe just how… they are… it’s like… wow. I can't wait to play some of this for John on Saturday. Well, I've been out to Rosa’s for lunch now and am feeling rather stuffed. I might have to take a nap right quick. I doubt I'll come back to talk to y'all any more today. So… yeah. Insert some veiled suicide reference here.
